Easy Connection to Your Garmin Watch

NirvanaFlow seamlessly integrates with your Garmin watch, making it simple to track and analyze your breathing exercises.

Step 1: Install the App

Install the Oxygenate+ or Pranayama on your Garmin watch.

Step 2: Connect with NirvanaFlow

Open the app on your watch and go to the 'Connect NirvanaFlow' menu item. Read the connection code.

Step 3: Connect in the NirvanaFlow

In the NirvanaFlow, go to the device management page and add the code displayed on your watch.

Step 4: Synchronization

Your device should now be connected, and all exercises will be displayed in the NirvanaFlow app.
